I hold degrees in Health Promotion, Psychology, Education, and Leadership. These lead to global teaching experiences, unforgettable connections, and the opportunity to travel the world.

Using my education, and personal experiences, I feel my purpose is to inspire through books and social media on lifeskills they don't teach you in school, so that you might live this life more fullfilled.

In the spirit of wisdom,
